Sanlam 2 pots payout

My Name Mpho , I've send my 2 pods claim last month even today no payments . Everything when I speak to the consultants they tell me lies ,saying we will pay at anytime from now .I've been told that they will pay,either this week Thursday or Friday .So yesterday I called again just to heck then the lady told me She escalated the matter .Everytime they tell me they are escalating the matter.So since yesterday I don't trust Sanlam . Since Monday I've been told they will pay .Today is Friday, nothing . So I think Sanlam is taking us for a ride.
