Sanlam

Poor service. Waiting for a death claim since end of April they just dont reply mails. They make sarcastic comments when you contact them. You will have feed back in 48 hours. Its a week later still nothing. Very disappointed in there services.

I really just want the payout its nothing difficult. Yes i did give the wrong tax number but i rep**** in 10min with the correct number. I don't want monthly payment. The lady on the phone was very sarcastic. You guys are quick to say calls are recorded so you can listen to the call. Been ons the line for 20min 53sec. She said i will have response in 48 hours its week later...
