Sanlam
Started last week to get someone to send me contact detail on my Sanlam shares , apparently (mis) managed by Computershare . All i want to do is change my banking details so I can receive a dividend payment. Shared all my info yesterday , first thing in the morning. Today , two days later still no response , payment or even an excuse . Pathetic

22 Apr 2026, 07:06You keep on sending me an auto response , Computershare then send me the very same response each time . There is no resolution in sight. Walter Page has been sending me the same response 4 times now . I have proof that I have sent him all the relevant information , three time I've emailed him. This obviously going nowhere . All I want to do is update my banking details so I can get my dividends paid. My next steps is the Ombudsman or legal. I want my dividends paid by 12h00 today , you have all the information . If my dividends are not paid I will pursue my options . I can also confirm with you that I will sell my shares .
