Sanlam

Sanlam has got to be thee worst insurer I have ever come across. I have and accidental benefit cover with them and they just refuse to pay. 2 different instances and they just don't pay. First they give you the run around, their responses are slow and you can follow up til kingdom come they do not get back to you. When you do eventually get hold of them they are unable to give you information as to why the claim has been declined. It's so frustrating when you pay for years for a benefit that you don't get. Such a ******* insurer
