Samancor provident fund handled by Sanlam

I've got a complain about sanlam, the way they handled my Samancor provident fund. I submitted my claim to the 12 of May 2020, l called them on the 13th of July to check if they received my claim and i was told that my claim will be processed within 4-6 weeks. I'm now unemployed and don't have any source of income. My belongings are about to be repossessed, I called them again last week they telling me the same story "my claim will be processed within 4-6 weeks". Every time I call them I get different stories from different consultants working for the same company
