Salt - retirement fund payout
Hi, i received a message on the 9 march 2023 that my claim has been submitted, till current no feedback. Ive called, watsapp and emailed on numerous occasions with feedback regarding my payout but fell to deaf ears. This salt employees benefits is just a nightmare. Is this how we get treated? Can i lodge this complain with the ombudsman?
