Sales and Customer service sucks

I have been sending emails and making calls to Assupol from 8 January to get a quote for a life annuity. After 2 weeks of so, I eventually got a quote (3rd attempt). I accepted the quote but still waiting to confirm the bank details and refno for the transaction. It is now 30 Jan. Sales staff and customer care are pathetic, might as well go without them
