Salam policy not happy with them

Hi my name is Busisiwe kubheka i had a funeral policy with sanlam i join it under Edcon so last year September before it was liquidated i personal went to sanlam and them that since edcon is no more wat is going to happen to our funeral policy they told us that they will inquire and come back to us as we wanted to countie with our primuem its been one year now with no reply or anything please assist hellopeter..
