SAFRICAN you bunch of ******* pay back my money

I am super disgusted in Safrican I have been a member since 01 February 2014 and my mom passed 30 March 2021 and truelly they paid out my claim, but continued deducting premiums for my late mom and I have been calling them since April 2021 and refund me my money I can't even grieve peacefully because of them because I have to be constantly on the phone arguing for a refund from Safrican I emailed them all the documents their agents together with the application to add or remove a member but they just refuse to refund me my money...I would never recommend Safrican not even to my worst enemy
