I took this insurance for my grandma It started deducting from my persal November 2024 until the next year May 2025 ... My Grandma passed on in April 2025 on the 6th month The money had went through as it deducts from my payslip I've lodged a claim and it was denied Mind you I was the one who was always making Follow up They never call It's 6months waiting period of which I believe I have reached it Since all the premiums were on their side. The lady who was helping me I unfortunately forgot her name was so rude The guy who made me take the insurance said the Boss will call me and he never did instead it is the lady on the front desk who answered my calls and she was so rude.
