My son passed ... and these ppl decide to not honour the claim as he was in the wrong column... but this is a easy fix and should and could be coded bu a very jnr program developer ... They have is detail name etc the ID nr so application wise it can be moved along as per his age ... child to teenager teen to student student to adult etc.... but they decided mot to as it is used as a loophole by working busy ppl only to wait for when ppl grieve to futher kick them in the nuts.... they also decided not to deal withe the email adress where we sunmitted the claim but rather to an email on the system where the policiy holder did mot see it as she was off sick ...
