Safrican is the worst

Pathetic service provider is Safrican insurance company Its a mission to speak to an agent at this parastatal , I have never experienced such service in my life, *********** employees it’s disappointing, they running a business under a tree. Will never recommend safrican to anyone sent a claim on the 06/07/2021 before 11am not even a reference number has been received mind youI’m having burial tomorrow morning. Sad that the employees don’t even care. It takes 48 working hours for them to process a claim disgusting
