I had insure my parents with this company and recently one passed away and I tried making a claim and they made me jump through hoops. The said they will not pay out due to the fact that my parents were divorced. I'd honest edge anyone with a new or existing policy . Go cancel or review your contracts with this company. Your better off making your contracts with a bank or something else. Good deeper into the story they claimed that hense my parents where not using the same surname I had to go do an affidavit to prove my state and I did but still it was done in vain. I gave them a 1 star but I honest sake I would have just gave them zero. Don't invest with this company
