Safrican is a disater.

We are a burial Society based in Cape Town, we joined Safrican in 2014 and our experience with them has been very bad since, we have to fight everytime to get a service. This is a worst company ever, I feel like they do not know what they're doing. They do not know thier clients and their administration is a mess. We submitted a claim three weeks ago and we stll waiting. What is the point of having a funeral policy if you are not going to recieve the money when you need it as promised. Complete disaster.
