Safrican insurance sucks

Good morning I have already explained my whole situation to you and this Company is keeping me on a leash in regarding my complaint they have to responded but not ot back to me as yet they r not complying their email as they said they will give me R1000 and not responded on what's going to happen with my funeral payments as I pay from 2006 up until 2019 and that's their fault negligence that they stop my funeral cover I am so sick and tired with all their poorly responds and how they are treating the matter they just don't care about their clients
