Safrican insurance doesn't pay clients

After losing my mom I made a claim on Tuesday and was told they'd pay out after 48hours,it's been a week now nothing. Went to their offices today was still promised by end of business day and again a lie. I'm supposed to be mourning but I have to run after people who don't forget to debit the premiums but take forever to pay out and had I not had another cover I would have not been able to bury my mom.

This is such an annoying process to go through just when I should be focusing on healing.
