Safrican Insurance Company not pofessional

I am so dissapointed with SAFRICAN Insurance company. My mother has been a memeber for years. So they moved thier offices in bloemfontein and they didnt tell their policy holders that they moved. My mom a 70 year old had to run around bloemfontein looking for thier offices. She was given a paper with thier email address and number. I have been trying to call them but with no luck its been 2 weeks now that I have been trying to contact them. What makes me more angry they say my mother is in aread yet she has been paying cash and she has the proof that she has been paying. So I dont understand how can they do such to an Old lady. I am very angry.
