Safrican Insurance Company Limited is a useless insurance still waiting for correct policy document almost 3 months later

Safrican Insurance Company Limited is a useless insurance company. i used to work for Group Five, when i got retrenched in August i enquired about taking the insurance in my personal capacity. that was allowed after being sent back and forth. i eventually got a response, debit order went through for the 2nd month. i queried the policy as the information was not captured right and it looks like a new policy whilst it is a continuation with 4 additional members. i requested for the updated policy to be sent to date i am still waiting. non of my emails are being responded to. what worries me is what if something happens to the people that have been covered will we be properly covered and paid at. i feel like they dont take their customers serious.
