SAfrican insurance company does not pay

This is the worse ever insurance company... on the 08/07/2020 I submitted all required claim documents via email And they have received them and after numerous attempts to get hold of them For feedback as why I have not received my payout they kept asking me to resubmit my documents over and over, two weeks later no payment, no communication i mailed the branch manager (Lewann Abrahams) and when ever you call her she is always on a meeting even the claims Administrator (Nomprndulo Fini) they never call, or send any form of communication I still got all the emails that I have sent them
