SAFRICAN INSURANCE A **** OF NOTE...DELAYED FUNERAL CLAIM
My family lodged a death claim on Friday and to date they have not received the payout.They were requested to submit the recent application for membership form which they did.Despite advising the Consultant dealing with the claim that they only have that one page and providing the details of our society Secretary they have to date not paid the claim nor communicated with us for progress.
