Safrican funeral frustrations

I have been paying more than R690 to Safrican for a funeral plan for my family for the past 4,5 years and little did I know that my plan as per request was never updated and remained at R208 while the payment for R690 was going off, I discovered this maladministration when making a claim in June 2021. I was paid according to the old plan certificate, half what I expected. I have requested a refund on the premium difference for the past years plus interest and no one seems to be interested, no calls no emails and its now 6 weeks after all the inconveniences they have caused means my family. They have proved that they have not my interests at heart after a commitment and unbroken service of more than 10 years with them. I have decided to go the legal way and ADVISE THAT NO ONE SHOULD JOIN THIS SAFRICAN FUNERAL INSURANCE WHOSE ADMINISTRATORS IS TRANSAFRICA FOR PEACE SAKE AND MONEY SAFE...they are a total failure if not a *****...I have already joined another scheme although I had intended to increase my premiums and add members, never. They are a total failure.
