Safrican emails are not working all say full I want to report a death claim

I would like to report that I'm not happy with the service I have been trying to send Safrican insurance company a death claim for the pass two days the email says full so I call them I ask to send in the forms and they have given me 3 different emails none of them work all are a problem please I need a assistance I want to send the claim in today
