SAFRICAN a *****

I have been paying for my fathers funeral policy for the past 15 years it started first as Bonlife under Bonitas medical aid, then moved to Journey underwritten by Sekunjalo life assurance then moved again to Bonlife then now its under SAFRICAN.I have been trying to locate them for 2 months, their phones go unanswered in all the numbers they provided for all the branches,they don't respond to Emails. Does this insurance really exists. I tried to complain through the ombudsman,SAIA,Institute of Insurances,Insurance association to no avail. Can I be called back please ***
