Rude customer care at Assupol Klerksdorp
My mom and I were at Assupol in Klerksdorp (WestEND) yesterday (9 January 2023) and we received the most disgusting ever from their consultant.She went as far as threatening our livelihood and making the experience awful. She don’t understand a customer’s privacy nor does she have respect for clients.We write a formal complaint and I asked to be CC on the email to HQ. Furthermore, she did not even have the audacity to apologize for her conduct
