Rude consultant that did not even resolve my issue
When client are calling into your client care you drop the phones in the ears when they don't agree with what you are saying how rude of your consultants.

Zinhle Mtsali is seating with my complaint since last year August she only called me once only for the problem to come back again I am still awaiting her call since last week I send her emails no reply while her company keeps Debting my account.

You acknowledge but not resolving this complaints department of yours should be closed because it's useless.
