Rude and unhelpful Sanlamsky Consultant

Your customer service consultants are the worst,closing tickets, hanging up calls without resolving issues.Unfortunately for this company it's the first form of contact that will burn Sanlam to the ground.Unhelpful,rude,I repeat UNHELPFUL consultants.It makes me wonder do they even invest in training their employees on customer service skills even the basics like problem solving? Please don't bother sending an automated response to this review,I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman maybe something will come from it because it takes a third party to remind you to do your job diligently right????
