After the worst service by sanlam CC staff that left me with a negative assumption towards Sanlam as the business whereby I almost cancelled both my policies was it nor the way Robyn Lamm handles and adressed this query I could have cancelled. Robyn is most efficient, professional and values client. I appreciate every effort made to resolve and address this issue and the professional and respectful manner you handled it.
