Ridiculous service from Assupol

I have rated Assupol with one star but they are not even worthy of the one star that I have rated them. My wife and I both have a policy that has matured in 2020. We have now decided to have it paid out and dis so at the local branch in Welkom. On the 16th of August 2024 we visited the branch in Welkom on which we were given forms to complete and supp**** them with all the nessessary information that they needed. We were informed that our policies will be paid out within 7 to 10 working days. The 10th working day has come and gone and we have now waited a month with no news or information regarding the payout progress. We have phoned the call center 4 times and we're even promised that the funds will be paid into our accounts late afternoon or very early the next day on 24/09/2024 but that also did not happen. This must be the worst service that I have experienced by any insurance company. I am not exaggerating as all the calls we have made are available on recording. We are not trying to harass anyone in any way, all we want is the money that we contributed over the years.

I have had this reply so many times from your call centre before but to no avail. Let's see if we can get a positive response from you. Marius du Toit

We have requested our claims management team to confirm when payment can be expected and will let you know as soon as their response is received. They were informed of the urgency.
