retrenched lady

afternoon my name is stephina a c meyer residing in jhb.i approached Sanlam years ago to invest my money for retirement purpose.i am 54 years old now,retrenched and desperately need my money to survive.my id nr is ***.the policy is a stratus premier retirement annuity with nr-***0x8.i am being told that its against the law and it wont happen up and till 55 years of age.please I really need help and direct answers on this as it is my money.
