Retraction: Sanlam Reality

I need to retract my previous review of Sanlam Reality.

Now that I have experienced the so-called benefits, I am disgusted with Sanlam Reality. My complaint regarding this has never been acknowledged nor have I received a formal response, even though I called in to enquire.

My issues:

Premium Lounge - App says I have benefits, but at the lounge, I am told I don't. As per Bidvest, this is a regular occurrence with Sanlam Reality members and that's why they prefer a physical card to the app.

Car hire - Company no longer exists and has been taken over by another. My voucher was incorrect in that the amounts were wrong. The car was also incorrect, payment method was also not available for the type of booking. Fortunately, the take over company knew the problem and resolved it for me.

Sanlam Reality you need to provide real and tangible benefits with service providers that actually exist and that do not know Sanlam Reality as a problem!
