RETIREMENT/PROVIDENT FUND NOT PAID OUT!
Good day,<br> <br> I would like to enquire about the process of my provident fund and when I should expect the funds to be paid out to me as my retirement date was on the 28/02/2015 and I have not received any payment regarding my fund. I would just like to enquire whether the claim was made by the company I worked for,what could possibly be causing the delay and when should I be expecting the funds to be paid out.I do not wish to aggravate the process but it has been 9 weeks that I've been waiting.I do hope that you can follow up with me as soon as possible.
