I have received response from Sanlam by Gary Turner. once again thank you for your prompt response on the matter.
They have picked up human error where two options has been chosen instead of one option.
That lacks checking and controlling mechanism as the form was filled in with the help of the consultant on Sanlam offices and she scanned it without checking and again at head office it was not checked or checked and not communicated in time with the client so as the 21days turn around time could be possible. I as a client after not receiving money that is when it was picked up after 21 days and I am only informed on the payout date.
