Retirement funds claim.

It is 3 weeks after I have written a a review of dissatisfaction regarding my funds claims which I was promised someone will follow up to resolve the issue. Sadly even the emails I send to SCcomplains department went awol on me. No response what so ever. When I phone I am told these funds where supposed to be paid to me in February already. I seriously do not know who to contact anymore clearly now no one cares at sanlam to assist in this regard.
