Retirement fund
<p>Would like to get clarity on my provident fund.my last working day was on the 31st May,sanlam provident fund received my paperwork from the company i worked on the 15th of june. All the paperwork has already been sent back from SARS. I phoned sanlam and they said I must phone back in 10 working day,so I did and they said it wil be paid the next day,i phoned this morning again and now they say I must follow up on friday the 1st of july.its month end and they keep posponing it...</p>

Sanlam could unfortunately not get hold of you. We confirm that as per agreement with the Fund, benefits are to be paid within 10 working days after the completed claim documents are received. Your documents were received on 15 June 2016 and payment was done on 29 June 2016. A letter to that effect will be sent out on 6 July 2016.
