Retirement Annuity - Refind
It has been 2 months since I submitted my February payslip showing a deduction of my Retirement Annuity of which I had app**** for a payment holiday on. Sanlam has been refunding me every month on time but all of a sudden they are dragging and keep on changing completion dates. I've also submitted a March payslip and nothing has been refunded. They take forever to answer our calls as well.
