Retirement Annuity Funds transfer - TERRIBLE service by SANLAM
What a terrible experience I have had with Sanlam Life regarding my Retirement Annuity Funds transfer. Funds have been sent to them and they "can't" find the money and have not allocated it into my existing RA. This is after three months - transfer was done in December. They keep referring me to different personnel with no solution. TERRIBLE terrible service
