Retirement annuity death claim not paid by Sanlam.

I have experienced bad service with Sanlam retirement annuity death claim,,since my father died December 2021.Claim was made 2022 February and kept asking for many documents which were send but still delaying us. Maybe they delaying us so that the policy can lapse.
