RETIREMENT ANNUITY CLAIM

I suffered a stroke last September; I was hospitalised then later went to rehab. The stroke is on my right side. By end of November I was back at home. I could walk with a stick, but I can't use my right hand. I have a retirement annuity with Sanlam so in January this year i app**** to receive a portion of my retirement annuity. At work i was put under risk pool so I'm receiving 75% of my salary. This salary has deductions and my nett pay is way too low to cover my expenses. Since I'm on risk pool, I receive no incentives from work. Sanlam has been giving me the go around since January. I've submitted all the required documentation needed but to no avail. I'm suffering as I cannot cover my monthly expenses, my rent is 3 months behind, school fees, my children don't have warm clothes for winter. I have been a member of Sanlam since 2007, and I've never claimed anything from them. Now, when I'm in need, they don't want to help me. I am not happy at all with their service. Thank you.
