Retirement Annuities that can not be paid out

Last Year November 2014 on the 27th my husband passed away and my daughter reported everything to Sanlam completed all the forms and sent in all the documentation. Sanlam the reverted back to her that all the children needs to either complete the claim forms or complete the form that says that they are not going to claim against the fund. She has been struggling since then to get any reaction out of Sanlam, They e-mailed the children who is ignoring their e-mails and i am the one suffering. I am 59 years old and my husband took care of me for the past 24 years. The annuities are the only form of income i am suppose to get. I understand that the new pension fund law requires the documents but according to Sanlam they can't give the children a time to complete the forms i just need to wait... What must i live off? I am the only dependant he had why can't Sanlam help in this regard to get the matter solved and to get me some form of income????
