Retirement and provident fund

Weeks later sanlam still has not paid my RFA benefit after inhave withdrawn.After numerous calling and emailing one of the agents at call center gave me a date that the fund would be paid which was yesterday but still nothing.Sanlam doesnt take anyone seriously and their fund administrators will ghost you it doesnt matter whether you call them or send emails.Customer service has gone down at sanlam and inwonder if they understand that we need our monies in order to survive and feed our families just like them
