response to a question

After checking my secure profile on the Sanlam website i found that 2 of my Retirement annuity's are missing, eventually i was advised that the one was now replaced with another after maturity in 2014. that i should have known, so this one at least is not a problem anymore.<br> The most important annuity that will mature in August this year have been removed from my profile and i would like to see it and what the final value is for this, to enable me to plan ahead, but now after 13, could be more e mails ( I have deleted some to save space and out of frustration) i still do not have an answer of why my plan is not visible to me.<br> there is never anyone that you can contact directly, always a computer generated return e mail, and sometime with someones name at the end, but no e mail address, and always the same story, you can contact us via e mail of call a number, which i will not even try.<br> i am just curious to know what are they hiding by not displaying my fund, are they afraid to let me see it, if there is still growth in the last 2 months before maturity or are they putting it on ice.<br> whenever i asked what happened to it they send me a copy of what i can see on my profile.
