Request for pension interest expedition

This is not so much a complaint, but a humble request to have this matter expedited. I previously mentioned that following our separation my ex wife is in the care of my minor son. She happens to be hopping from one place to another and is in dire financial strain. Her suffering impacts my own son hence I have a vested interest in having this pension interest paid to her. The matter was previously handled by Keshia who has since gone on maternity leave. Application was rejected because of the "ANC", but it turns out that by the time we signed it, we had already been married traditionally and thus automatically in community of property. To this end, applicant sought a declaratory order for the court to confirm same and amend the paragraph relating to pension interest. Any further delays impact on my child. I anticipate no further delays as we previously summitted all documents. please expedite this matter.
