Request for Continuation of GAP Cover / policy amendment to surviving spouse

My mom has been trying to resolve her GAP COVER discontinuation since the passing of her husband to no avail. We completed and submitted an amendment of details form and also indicated this was a continuation of an existing policy - that should not have been cancelled but merely amended to cater for one member (Gwen Rey - only). This means that my mother has been without GAP cover for 6 months and this is NOT acceptable. I want this sorted out ASAP. What will it take to fulfill such a simple request
