Request for Clarification Regarding Detailed Remuneration Statement

I was appointed by Sanlam Life in Port Elizabeth for a relatively short period, and I am writing to request some clarification regarding the Detailed Remuneration Statements I continue to receive.

Despite asking on several occasions, I have not received an explanation as to which client or transaction these statements relate to. Every now and then, I receive another statement requesting payment, but without any supporting information or explanation.

I would appreciate it if Sanlam could please clarify what the outstanding amount relates to and provide the relevant client or transaction details.

I also understand that Sanlam is holding retainer funds on my behalf. The amount held appears to be more than the total commission I generated during my relatively short period with the company. If there is an amount legitimately owing, could the retainer funds not be used to settle it?

I am simply trying to resolve this matter, but the lack of consistent communication has made it difficult to understand what is being requested from me.

I need to escalate this complaint within Sanlam (I have requested this information), of course did not receive any feedback.
