Repurchasing of unit trust .

On the 21/08 I app**** for repurchase of my unit trust.which then I told the PA adviser that I need the money on [URL Removed] necessary forms received [URL Removed] the 25/08 no money in my account.i then send an e-mail enquiry then was told that the unit trust that I invest in takes 4 working.days ,which according to them the fifth day will [URL Removed] the 27/08 still no money in my account. Again I sent an e-mail enquerying no respond about two to three hours I then decided to call the financial adviser (Evens Menong) who then told me that something bad happen that why he is not responding to my text and I should give him few minutes he will call back with answers , nothing happened I then called him he said he was busy preparing for his appointment he can't listen to my complain I then call his PA Delma who was suppose to give me the numbers for the people that were responsible to process the payment who did not respond to my call or e-mails.around 3pm this afternoon I received e-mail That says i will only get my money after 4working days as the pymt was only done today. Due to misunderstanding between sanlum and Satrix managers and nothing that the can do speed my pymt
