Reporting of an estate

I tried on numerous occasions to report my late wife Francis Sarah De Souza ID *** to update your records that everything she had to come to me. Eventually a lady Rililoe Kutumela contacted me and emailed me 20 forms of which by the looks of of it only five or six pertain to me. We live a an old age village run by the JHB City Council and pay monthly rental. we have no property no shares no businesses and any papas etc. All she had left behind is her pots pans cups saucersv plates cutlery and cloting. Why must I fill in a=the other sixteen formrs? anybody in his/her right mind will not give credit to some old fool who gets a a R1410.00 grants per month? What is this all about? I am confussed May I point out that I a still waiting for Rifiloe to send me new \FORMS\" on order to submit a nil return, I am not a second class citizen.
