Removal of details from their marketing database

<p>I received numerous texts advartising Loans from Sanlam via DirectAxis, after me spending the money texting STOP to the number 30685 as advertised I am still on this database and recive further texts, What is the purpose of doing this other than that they get verification that you actually exist . I then called and got asked for my ID number, where do they get my personal information from and why are we being harrassed by these call centres. Anyway, the call centre agents were rude and cut me off after I insisted on speaking to a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very poor service from DirectAxis and Sanlam, I hope you get a wake up call!</p>
