Reinstating my policy

I just want to applaud and thank Nomvula Mnisi who works at Client Service.

I called in because I was frustrated as I have been calling since the month of July to reinstate my Policy. When I spoke to her she was so calm and understanding which made me be calm as well even though I was frustrated. She explained everything to me and also told me that she will make a follow-up regarding my Policy. Working with client is not easy and I admire her patience and her attitude. Nomvula keep up the good work, I can tell that You have put Your heart in this job, continue doing good my sister and may God bless You more and more. remain as humble and gentle as You are. You deserve to be celebrated. I hope Your manager will see this and appreciate Your efforts.
