Reinstatement of a Burial policy

In the past year only I think I have written more that 3 complains regarding, the lapse and reinstatement of the below Policy. I have also written endless emails to Safrican dealing with the following employees Palesa Tshabalala, Lawrence Mmutle and Esinako. Thier response is always that they will investigate and come back to me. At some point they said the policy owes R200.00, my question to them was how did they reach R200.00 if the monthly premium is R27.00. This is a policy of a pensioner who will be turning 70 in December. Is this how Safrican treats earderly people who are unable to fight for them selves? What do thier directors say about this? Africans are always treated like this especially if they are not educated. Will they please tell me what is happening to this policy.
