REFUSING TO PAY REFUND AFTER SETTLING THE LOAN
I received the paid up letter. Now they do not want to pay a refund paid to them in April 2025. They indicate that I did not pay instalment in October 2024 and Not on 25 and 27 November 2024. How so because they gave me settlement letter on 26 November 2024 and it was paid same day at 21:59 to be exact. I used to trust SANLAM not anymore. This is just contradiction you cannot talk about non-payment in October 2024, you issue a settlement letter and still say a person is owing after paying what is on your settlement letter. My refund will be paid even when it takes 40 years. Payment into the settled account was made by other lenders in April 2025.

21 May 2025, 12:29That is why I had to write a review here. You cannot give me a settlement letter and after paying claim that I owed before you gave me settlement letter. Take your accountants for training if they are not sure of what they are doing. I still stand that I need the refund you have no facts for not paying the refunds.

You did not even check the date on which I paid as you used that on your previous e-mails. I am not agreeing to any of your responses. All I want is my refund I paid you in Nvember 2024 and did not remove me from credit bereau that is why a payment was made in 30 April 2025. Into the account which is already paid.
